We are preparing to welcome patients. Enrollment is not open yet.

For active days and the years ahead.

Energy, strength, and feeling well over time.

Explore NAD+, sermorelin, and B12/MIC together in our peptides and wellness program. Whether you are already active or finding your way back to a routine, the starting point is what matters in your day. Enrollment is not open yet. Formulations and state availability will be confirmed before care begins.

NAD+ is included in our planned program in injection, nasal, and oral dropper forms. Sermorelin and B12/MIC are listed as injections. B12/MIC combines vitamin B12 with methionine, inositol, and choline.

The program brings these therapies together around interest in energy, strength, longevity, and everyday wellbeing. These are goals to explore with your clinician, rather than promised effects. Your health history, the evidence for each use, and any needed evaluation come before a treatment recommendation.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A clinician must consider medical necessity, approved alternatives, potential risks, and current prescribing requirements. No prescription or outcome is guaranteed.

Care that sees the whole person

Wellness means something personal to you.

It might mean keeping up with a workout you enjoy, having more left at the end of the day, or paying closer attention to your health as you get older. You can be fit and still have questions. You can also be starting again. What matters is understanding your health before choosing a treatment.

Feeling informed should come before feeling committed.

The EverRoot approach

Three therapies. A conversation about you.

NAD+

NAD+ is included for people exploring energy and longevity goals, with injection, nasal, and oral dropper forms in the planned program. A clinician can explain the evidence for the proposed use, the differences between routes, and what remains uncertain. More energy or a longer life is not a promised result.

Sermorelin

Sermorelin injections sit within the program’s focus on strength, energy, and longevity. Your clinician will review your goals, medical history, and the evidence for your situation before discussing whether treatment and monitoring are appropriate. Those goals are not guaranteed effects.

B12/MIC

B12/MIC injections combine vitamin B12 with methionine, inositol, and choline. They are included in the same program for people exploring everyday wellness and healthy aging. Whether the combination has a role in your care depends on your health and the evidence for the proposed use.

A clear path forward

Know what comes next.

When enrollment opens, care will begin with your history and goals, followed by clinical review and a plan for next steps. You will have room to ask questions along the way.

  1. Share the full picture

Describe your goals, health history, medications, and supplements during secure intake when the service opens.

  2. Consider suitability

A clinician reviews the evidence and your circumstances before determining whether a treatment or another type of evaluation is appropriate.

  3. Revisit the plan

The proposed pathway includes an early review and ongoing follow-up if care continues. Your clinician determines the timing and any monitoring needed.

Before you decide

Understand the care before you commit.

The full cost, explained

Before enrollment, you will be able to review the total charge, billing schedule, what is included, and cancellation terms. Any separate medication, lab, or shipping costs will be identified so you can make an informed choice.

How pricing will work

Room for your questions

A recommendation should come with an explanation: why it fits your situation, what the alternatives are, and what happens if it does not work for you. A consultation is a chance to understand your choices; it does not guarantee a prescription.

A little more clarity

Questions you may be considering.

Can I explore this if I am already fit?

Yes. Your questions are welcome whether you are regularly active or working toward a new routine. Fitness alone does not determine whether treatment is appropriate. Your clinician considers your health, goals, and the evidence for the proposed use.

Which forms of treatment are included?

The planned program includes NAD+ injections, nasal formulations, and oral droppers, along with sermorelin and B12/MIC injections. Your clinician will explain the exact formulation, its approval status, evidence, risks, and alternatives before a decision.

How do I know which therapy to ask about?

You do not need to choose one before a consultation. Describe what matters to you and any changes you have noticed. A clinician can help you understand the relevant options, including whether a different evaluation or no prescription would make more sense.

What if I have been feeling unusually tired?

New, persistent, or worsening fatigue deserves medical assessment. Sleep, current medicines, and other health conditions may be part of the picture. Your clinician may recommend testing or an in-person visit before considering a wellness therapy.

Your next step

Make room for your wellbeing.
