Explore the care

A place to begin, whatever you have tried before.

Explore semaglutide and tirzepatide, injection and oral approaches, and optional Care Coaching. Medical weight care begins with your health and the effort you have already made, then considers what could help you move forward.

We are preparing to welcome patients. Enrollment is not open yet.

For the life you want to take part in.

Medical care that fits into your life.

Explore semaglutide and tirzepatide, with injection and oral approaches in our planned weight-loss program. Optional Care Coaching adds support for the routines that surround treatment. Enrollment is not open yet. Formulations and state availability will be confirmed before care begins.

Your clinician will help you compare injection and oral or sublingual formulations, taking your health, preferences, and previous experience into account. If needles are a concern, say so. The right conversation includes how a medicine is taken as well as whether it is appropriate. Compounded formulations are not generic or interchangeable versions of FDA-approved products.

Keeping your strength, managing side effects, and finding a pace you can live with all deserve attention. So do energy levels and maintaining progress over time. These concerns help shape your care and follow-up; a formulation alone cannot promise to address them.

Care Coaching offers optional support with nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and staying engaged with your plan. Coaches can help you work through everyday challenges and bring medication concerns back to your clinical team. Coaching complements medical care; it does not replace it.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A clinician must consider medical necessity, approved alternatives, potential risks, and current prescribing requirements. No prescription or outcome is guaranteed.

Care that sees the whole person

You do not have to start by explaining yourself.

Another diet. Another restart. Another appointment where weight becomes the whole conversation. If that sounds familiar, you may be ready for a different discussion: what you have tried, what has made it difficult, and what medical care could reasonably add.

Needing help does not erase the effort you have already made.

The EverRoot approach

More than a number on the scale.

Medication with a clear purpose

Your clinician reviews your health history and current medicines before discussing semaglutide, a GLP-1 medicine, or tirzepatide, a GLP-1/GIP medicine. Together, you can consider the formulation, risks, alternatives, and what a reasonable response would look like.

Optional Care Coaching

Some days, the challenge is finding a meal routine or making room for movement. On others, it is stress, sleep, or staying engaged. Optional Care Coaching offers practical support alongside your clinical plan, with its scope and any added cost explained before you choose it.

Follow-up with a purpose

Follow-up makes room for side effects, changes in strength or energy, and the pace of your progress. As your needs change, your clinician can revisit the plan and discuss maintenance. You should feel comfortable saying when something is difficult.

A clear path forward

Know what comes next.

When enrollment opens, care will begin with your history and goals, followed by clinical review and a plan for next steps. You will have room to ask questions along the way.

  1. Tell your story

When care opens, share your medical history, prior weight-care experiences, and goals through secure intake.

  2. Understand your options

Your clinician reviews suitability, discusses treatment and any needed labs, and explains the next steps. A video visit may be needed.

  3. Stay connected

The planned pathway includes early follow-up and continued reviews. Your response and clinical needs determine how care moves forward.

Before you decide

Understand the care before you commit.

The full cost, explained

Before enrollment, you will be able to review the total charge, billing schedule, what is included, and cancellation terms. Any separate medication, lab, or shipping costs will be identified so you can make an informed choice.

How pricing will work

Room for your questions

A recommendation should come with an explanation: why it fits your situation, what the alternatives are, and what happens if it does not work for you. A consultation is a chance to understand your choices; it does not guarantee a prescription.

A little more clarity

Questions you may be considering.

Do I need to know which medication I want?

No. You can begin with the questions you have. Your clinician will consider your history and explain appropriate options, their risks, and alternatives. A particular medicine is not promised.

How will I know whether I qualify?

Eligibility involves more than a weight or BMI entry. Your age, medical conditions, medicines, state, and the clinician’s assessment all matter. Confirmed program criteria will be available before enrollment.

What if I am worried about side effects?

Bring that concern into the conversation before treatment. Ask what to expect, how to contact the clinical team, and when to seek urgent care. Do not change a prescription dose on your own.

What should I know about compounded medication?

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. They are not interchangeable with approved products. Any proposed treatment needs an individual clinical discussion of its rationale, risks, and alternatives.
