Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. Affiliate applications include your business contact details, optional website, promotion plan, and application acknowledgments. Staff may record a reply draft, review decision, assignment, or follow-up note to handle your request.
Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment requests, medical images, payment card details, or other health information through these forms or ordinary email. This website is not a patient portal.
How we use information
We use submitted information to answer general inquiries, review prospective affiliate relationships, organize follow-up work, and operate and protect the website. An application does not enroll you as a patient or activate an affiliate account, discount, or commission.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage, and security. Google Workspace is used for business correspondence. Authorized staff access submissions according to their roles and assignments. Replies are sent through our business mailbox; incoming email replies are handled there.
We do not sell form submissions or provide them to affiliates for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the website, address misuse, or respond to a valid legal request.
Website traffic and security
We count views of selected general information pages by day. These counters do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, referrers, query strings, or browsing histories. They do not run on care availability, pricing, contact, or clinical pages and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Hosting and security services separately process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and limit abuse. Security cookies may be used where necessary. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. The affiliate program and referral tracking are not active for this informational release.
Retention and requests
Submissions and related correspondence are retained while needed to handle requests, maintain business records, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations. Closing a request does not automatically delete it. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting the privacy mailbox below. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for legitimate obligations. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed under the applicable backup process.
Security and children
We use HTTPS, staff access controls, and administrative audit records. No service can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for adults; please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Future clinical services and changes
If clinical services open, the responsible clinical entity, secure intake process, and applicable privacy notices will be presented before you provide medical information. This notice is not a clinical provider’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We will update this page when website practices change.
