How affiliate relationships work
An approved affiliate may receive compensation when a referral completes a defined commercial event under the written program rules. A visitor may receive a disclosed discount where eligible. The exact qualifying event, discount, commission, holding period, and reversal rules will be published before the program opens.
Clinical independence
Affiliate relationships do not affect provider judgment, eligibility, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing. A referral or discount never guarantees that a service or treatment will be available or appropriate.
Privacy boundary
Affiliates may receive aggregate click and commission status information. They will not receive patient names, contact details, diagnoses, medications, treatment choices, medical answers, or individual clinical events.
Affiliate responsibilities
Affiliates must disclose their relationship clearly, use only approved claims and creative materials, avoid misleading urgency or guaranteed outcomes, and follow the final self-referral, paid-ad, trademark, and promotion rules.
